Gladys Lupien

November 26, 1954 – January 8, 2015

On January 8, 2015 a wonderful woman who was full of love, Gladys Sandra Lupien (Gladiola) was taken from us after battling cancer. She passed away at the age of 60 at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. Born in Prince Albert and raised in Meath Park, Saskatchewan she eventually moved to Ear Falls, Ontario which she called home for the past 32 years. She loved gardening, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Those who knew her well can tell you what a considerate, caring and selfless human being she was and we are all very grateful to have been a part of her life.

She leaves behind her loving husband Ghislain, sons Justin (Donna) and Keven (Lori), grandchildren Tianna, Keenan, Adalyn and Wyatt, mother Anne, sisters, brother and in-laws. She was predeceased by her father John.

We know that she has many friends and family who would like to come together and honour this precious woman’s life however we would like to respect her wishes and rather than having a funeral service we will have our family and friends gather together for a Celebration of Life in July 2015.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at MemoryInMiles.com

Her smile and infectious laugh will be missed by many.

She meant so much to so many.

Leave a message or share a memory of Gladys.

Terra & Aaron Stuart

Terra and I were privileged to have met Gladys as close friends of Keven and Lori. We have fond memories of their wedding in Mexico and getting to know her. We know she meant the world to them and it is so clear why. She seemed all things a mom, a friend and wife should be. May Gladys rest knowing that she is remembered and loved by so many.

Oscar & Anne Epplett

Keven, ... your mom was always so welcoming to us, a real joy to be around!! We will never forget her, and we know how tough this is for you and your family, our thoughts are always with you.

Have lots of happy memories of time spent with Gladys. She was like a sister to me. I know one day we will meet again. Look forward to walking with Midnight and Glad in heaven. A beautiful soul inside and out.

Missy & Derek Nelson

Derek and I had the pleasure to meet Gladys back when we moved to Ear Falls in 1999-2003. I always remember her kind and caring manner & her welcoming smile of hers at the Hardware Store. We also had some good times at the Annual Ladies Curling Bonspiels. Rest peacefully Gladys and may you fly free of pain.

Until we meet again...♡
